The capital of the Ebonheart Empire, Cloudclaw is a massive and beautiful city unlike any other. A large tower, called The Cloudclaw, can be seen reaching into the sky. This is home to the imperial Royal Family and their guardsmen. Not far from the city is the Jordan Energy Facility, which siphon's power from Jupiter's storm and converts it into pure, renewable energy.
